Overview: Grow Therapy developed a major feature to help providers: AI Summarization. The summarization tool assists in recurring administrative work so that providers focus on client care. As with any major release, a walkthrough was needed to help the integration to benefit both the client and provider.

As product testing and production were happening concurrently, I collaborated closely with the product manager and designer to reflect any changes.
